3 Bedroom House in Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located directly across the street from the beach! You can see the sunrise from the front lawn or walk across the street and watch it on the beautiful sand beach. The house has been completely remodeled. Everything is bright and new with a very 'beachy' feel. All 3 bedrooms have king size beds, flat panel tv's and ceiling fans. The home also has free wifi, a washer and dryer and all dishes, linens, beach towels and a few extras you may need for your stay, including a Pack N Play for families traveling with infants. The house sits on a huge lot on top of a dune, the sunsets are spectacular right from the house! There's plenty of room for a bike trailer and/or several vehicles, there's even a bike ramp to off load your bike! In the attached garage you'll find a beach cart with 4 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, etc that you can wheel right across the street to the beach! (The beach access is about 500 feet from the house).The pool is located in the huge, private, fenced in back yard along with a grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs for those relaxing days/evenings at the pool. Please note however that the pool is not covered and the pool service only comes once a week.

Summary: This was an amazing place to stay. Minutes from the beach. Walking or driving. My kids loved the in ground pool. We couldnt swim at night because there was no pool lights or an outside light bright enough to see.love the open floor concept. There is a publix close by within walking distance. My only problem was the back yard had no lights to see and no working fire alarms. Other than that we loved the place and cant wait to come back.

Summary: The property is a well maintained home at the end of a dead end right next to a path to Atlantic Avenue. The house was secure and extremely comfortable. We loved the pool and the ease of access to shops and the beach. Everything was in place and available for your use. You used what was there and replaced what you used. It was your own piece of Daytona Beach Shores. The host was very knowledgeable and responsive to every concern I posed! It was a terrific experience for me and the family!

Summary: Love, love this location. We walked in and tried to rebook for next year right away. We visit Daytona every year. The location was perfect. The home had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The only advice I could offer if you’re an early bird do not take the master, the bedroom doors have limited privacy with bi-fold doors, and is right off the living room. If you’re not a fan of firm mattresses bring a mattress pad. The backyard is fenced in and was great for my grandson to have some freedom to run and play. The pool area was a great size for a family of 7. We didn’t even go out to eat the kitchen was so enjoyable to cook in. Gas Grill was great addition. With outdoors dining table and chairs with lots of extra seating, the lounge chairs were a perfect way to spend all the day. Lisa was one of the best hosts we have ever had. Not only did her rental live up to and surpass our every expectation. She found us a place to park our trailer the week before when my father, brother and myself were in Daytona for Bike Week. I could not say enough thank you’s. But here’s one more Lisa. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.
